This laser cutting portfolio showcases our CNC fiber laser machine in action, along with recent engraving and laser cut signage projects by MS Laser Services.
We work with copper, brass, zinc, stainless steel, and mild steel — producing everything from custom signage and logos to precision-cut components and architectural features.

We recently installed our LX3015 CNC fiber laser machine, designed for precision cutting of copper, brass, zinc, stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel sheets up to 3m x 1.5m. With dual pull-out bed arms for efficient loading and unloading, this machine enables fast, accurate cutting for signage, logos, and complex sheet metal components. Below, you can see the machine during installation and in operation cutting a brass panel.

A behind-the-scenes look at our LX3015 CNC fiber laser machine during installation. With dual pull-out bed supports visible, this setup enables efficient loading and unloading of sheet metal up to 3m x 1.5m — ideal for fast, accurate cutting across brass, copper, stainless steel, zinc, aluminium, and mild steel.

A look inside our workshop: brass sheet being cut on the MS Laser Services CNC machine. The pull-out bed reveals brass panels mid-cut — precision cut with smooth, clean edges for a custom signage or fabrication job.
These laser cutting portfolio images capture the process in action. From a wide-angle view inside the machine as sparks fly during a steel sheet cut, to a close-up of the laser head producing a clean, precision cut — these moments showcase the speed, accuracy, and detail achievable with fiber laser technology

A dramatic internal view of the laser cutting process as sparks fly from the underside of a mild steel sheet. This image captures the precision and heat of the cutting head in motion inside our CNC fiber laser machine.

We produce custom signage in a range of metals, from bold architectural numbers to intricate logo signs. These examples show a sharp-edged number “4” cut from natural Corten steel — ideal for weathered outdoor use — and a graffiti-inspired skate park sign cut from mild steel, designed for welding and installation in a public space.

A bold, angular number “4” laser cut from natural Corten steel. This modern industrial-style number will develop a rich, weathered patina over time, making it ideal for outdoor signage or architectural applications. Custom fonts, sizes, and numbers available on request.

A custom logo sign for Stelly Skate Park, laser cut from Corten steel . The design features graffiti-style lettering and a stylised skateboard shape. Shown here in the workshop prior to welding and finishing — perfect for public spaces, youth centres, or urban branding projects.
These examples from our laser cutting portfolio showcase bespoke logo designs cut in non-ferrous metals like brass and zinc. Featured here are two projects: a circular “UP!” logo cut from natural zinc, and a geometric company logo cut from aged brass. Both highlight our precision cutting capabilities, with sharp internal corners, clean contours, and custom finishes — ideal for branded interiors and architectural signage.

A custom circular logo cut from natural zinc sheet, featuring the word “UP!” with an integrated arrow motif. This project showcases our ability to cut clean, complex shapes in non-ferrous metals like zinc — ideal for branding, signage, or wall-mounted logos.

A bespoke company logo cut from aged brass sheet. The clean geometric design highlights the sharp precision of fiber laser cutting, while the dark patina gives a rich, antique finish. Ideal for high-end signage, branding, or interior features.
These images show one of our recent projects producing decorative brass panels using our fibre laser cutting system.
The first shot captures the brass sheet mid-process, as the laser beam cuts clean, precise slots with sparks flying.
The second shows the finished panels on the pull-out loading bed, with the sharp, uniform cut-outs highlighted against the brushed brass surface.
Our laser cutting service delivers high accuracy and fine detail even in challenging metals like brass, making it ideal for architectural screens, ventilation grilles, and interior design features.
Laser cutting of 0.9 mm stainless steel sheet metal shown in both images. The first captures a full stainless sheet tightly nested with precision-cut components, ready for dispatch on a pallet. The accompanying image demonstrates the same process in action — showcasing clean, burr-free edges and the high speed and accuracy achievable with our 3 kW fibre laser. Together they illustrate MS Laser Services’ capability to produce intricate, repeatable results for thin-gauge stainless steel, ideal for signage, decorative panels, and engineered parts.
Many of the projects shown here began as simple DXF files or sketches. For tight-tolerance components and detailed architectural pieces, our
precision sheet metal cutting service ensures repeatable accuracy from prototype through to production.
If you are interested in the signage and logo work featured in this portfolio, take a look at our laser cut metal signage page for more examples in brass, copper, zinc, stainless steel and Corten.
All of the metals shown here are available from our group stock — you can see the full range on our sheet metal materials page, including aluminium, brass, copper, zinc, stainless steel, mild steel and Corten.
Smaller one-off pieces, test panels and limited-run parts can often be produced more economically using our laser cutting with remnants option, making use of in-house sheet remnants without compromising on quality.
Several of the stainless steel examples in this portfolio were cut from thin-gauge sheet. If you’re working with lightweight components, we also offer dedicated 1mm aluminium laser cutting for tags, plates and decorative details.
