What Affects the Cost of Laser Cut Metal Signs?
Custom laser cut metal sign costs depend on:
Material (type, thickness, and finish)
Design complexity (number of cuts, detail size, engraving if required)
Sheet size and nesting efficiency
Quantity
Using in-stock materials from our group companies (MetalOffCuts and MetalSheets) means we can often cut your signage at a better rate than sourcing new sheets externally.
Get in touch with your design or DXF file and we’ll quote based on the most efficient cutting layout.

Optional Bending & Welding for Signage Projects
For sign trays, folded fascias or brackets, we offer in-house fabrication support to complement our laser cutting. Our press brake can fold sheets up to 3 metres long, producing clean, accurate bends for trays, returns, flanges and architectural features.
Where stronger assemblies are required, we also provide MIG and TIG welding for mounting tabs, frames, and custom fixings. All welded components are supplied clean and ready for finishing by your signage or fabrication team.
Keeping bending and welding in-house means tighter control over accuracy, lead times and overall build quality — ensuring your laser-cut signage arrives ready to fit and built to last.
