We cut aluminium, copper, brass, zinc, stainless steel, Corten and mild steel. Most materials are available from stock for fast turnaround. See our Sheet Metal Materials page for details.
Our fibre laser is optimised for thin-gauge sheet between 0.5 mm and 3.0 mm, ideal for signage, architectural panels and precision components.
Up to 3000 mm × 1500 mm per sheet. We can also use part-sheets and remnants where that makes sense for prototypes or small jobs
Yes. We specialise in one-offs, prototypes and small batch runs as well as repeat production. Learn more on our Subcontract & Trade Laser Cutting page.
Where suitable, we can cut from our in-house remnant stock to avoid the cost of a full sheet. Ask us when requesting a quote.
Yes — engraving is available as a supporting service for projects that need it (e.g. plaques, signage and branded panels). Our primary service is laser cutting. See Engraving (Support Service) for a summary.
Absolutely. We regularly produce laser cut logos, letters and decorative panels for designers, architects and brands. See examples on Laser Cut Signs and our Portfolio.
Preferred formats: DXF, DWG, AI. If you’re unsure, we can often convert your artwork for laser cutting. Include dimensions and material in your enquiry.
Yes. Options include brushing, polishing, patinas and clear lacquer. We also offer press braking and light welding to support laser‑cut parts.
Usually 3–7 working days depending on material availability and complexity. If you have a deadline, tell us and we’ll advise what’s possible.
